Have a Heart Day is a child and youth-led reconciliation event that brings together caring Canadians to help ensure First Nations children have the services they need to grow up safely at home, get a good education, be healthy, and be proud of who they are.

The heart day article was thoughtful because it reminds people to care for emotional well being. I once took time to check on a friend and felt how important that is. I also read Nutrition exam takers while browsing study discussions online. It made me think care and responsibility matter in both health and studies.
